Version 1.1.0

Add ability to rank (thumbs up or thumbs down) each web page. The ranking will be submitted to Digg.com. Other Hoppers will be able to view the ranking when viewing the page's info screen.
Add ability to leave comments on a page and view the comments left by other Hoppers. Tap on the url at the top of the screen to display a set of icons. Tapping the one on the far right will display the new comments screen.
Fix issue where category choices are cleared out if the app is loaded without an internet connection or if it's closed immediately after being open.
Fix aesthetic issue where scroll indicators at the top and bottom of the popup screens (change log, faq, help balloons, etc.) did not extend to the edge of the screen while in landscape mode.
